Kainan vs Takezato was the fifth game of the Final Four of the Kanagawa Prefectural Tournament in Slam Dunk.

Kainan had already qualified for the national tournament by winning the their two first games of the final four, so they gave minutes to the rookies and the bench players, such as Nobunaga Kiyota. Kainan won easily and won the tournament undefeated.

Note: Since there is very little information about this game, we will not include the actions shown to not interfere with the players overall stats (Kiyata made at least one block and scored two points, and Hiro Tsuburaya at least grabbed one rebound and made one assist).
