Representing the strength and precision of northern Japan’s basketball scene, Sannoh stands as the reigning national champion, having dominated the competition for several consecutive years. Their reputation for discipline, structure, and mental toughness sets them apart from every other team in the series.

Under the leadership of coach Goro Domoto, Sannoh’s players are molded into a perfectly synchronized unit. The team’s defense is suffocating, their offense methodical, and their transitions seamless — a reflection of Domoto’s emphasis on preparation and balance. Rather than relying on individual flair, Sannoh thrives through unity, executing plays with almost mechanical precision.

Led by imposing center Masashi Kawata, known for his dominance on the boards, and ace player Eiji Sawakita, often regarded as the best high school basketball player in Japan, Sannoh boasts both size and skill.
